AULA Gear's warranty covers factory defects that impair the functionality of your purchase. For used items under warranty, AULA Gear covers repair/replacement and the second shipping (excluding any local taxes/import/administration fees).

 

Warranty Duration

AULA Gear provides:

  • Keyboards and DIY Kits: Covered by a 1-year warranty.
  • Keycap Sets: 6-month warranty.
  • Batteries: Provided with a 3-month warranty.
  • Accessories: Keycap pullers, switch pullers, spare keycaps, cables, etc., are not covered under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Use: Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, part swapping, self-repair, unauthorized modifications, product maladjustment, neglect, overdriving, or similar actions.
  • Non-Authorized Purchases: Products not bought directly from AULA Gear's official website. For items purchased from other platforms like AliExpress, Amazon, crowd-funding campaigns, or local dealers, please contact the respective store or distributor for support.
  • Consumable Lifespan: Defects in consumables or usage beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable.
  • Instruction Non-Compliance: Failure to follow the provided “User Guide”, instructions, or other safety, usage, or warning guidelines included with the product materials.
  • Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes.
  • Supervision and Age Limit: Unsupervised use of products by children under 18 years of age.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Products modified or repaired by individuals not authorized by AULA Gear.
  • Environmental Damage: Faults occurring due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

What should I do upon receiving my order?

Upon receiving your parcel, please verify the contents and ensure the package is in good condition before signing for it. We strongly advise recording an unboxing video as it can be crucial in case of disputes.

How do I initiate a warranty claim for my AULA Gear product?

o start a warranty claim, you need to email support@AULA Gear.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Proof of purchase from the channel or platform where you bought our product.
  3. Images or videos that clearly show the manufacturing defect, in accordance with our warranty policy.

Once we receive your claim and confirm the defect, we will arrange to send you a replacement unit. In some cases, we might ask you to return the defective unit to AULA Gear as part of the replacement process.

What services are offered for AULA Gear products beyond the warranty period?

For products that are beyond their one-year warranty period, AULA Gear offers a free repair service. While the repair service is free, customers are required to cover the two-way shipping fees associated with sending the product to AULA Gear and receiving it back after repair.
