Building on the foundation of the AULA F99, the F99 PRO features a 96% layout with the addition of a rotary knob and one extra key. This layout retains most of the keys found in a traditional 108-key keyboard but with a more compact size, saving valuable desk space and providing more customization possibilities.
Gasket Structure
The AULA F99 PRO employs a gasket mount, effectively dampening vibrations and reducing noise during key presses. The flexibility introduced by the gaskets enhances responsiveness, resulting in a more tactile and satisfying typing experience, making every keystroke feel smoother and more precise.
Five Layers of Sound-Improving Materials
Equipped with five layers of sound-dampening materials, the AULA F99 PRO enhances its typing acoustics. The combination of sandwich foam, IXPE switch pad, PET sound-improving film, bottom foam, and silicone case pad helps eliminate echoes and provides a pure typing sound with a stable and comfortable typing feel.
Flex-Cut 1.2mm Hotswappable PCB and PC Plate
The F99 PRO features a single-slot flex-cut PCB and PC plate, designed to avoid unwanted noise and deliver a softer typing feel. The PC plate is more flexible than aluminum or stainless steel, contributing to a deeper and more satisfying sound. The hotswappable PCB allows for easy switch replacements without soldering, enabling users to customize their typing experience with their favorite switches.

Global Shipping
AULA Gear offers worldwide shipping, with options for both Standard and Express Shipping. Availability of shipping methods may vary depending on the current global situation.
Standard Shipping:
Generally free for most destinations. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks but can extend to 2-3 months for some countries.
Express Shipping:
For certain regions including parts of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka,etc. we offer exclusively Express Shipping. Costs range from 10 to 40 USD (excluding tax) via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on your location. Orders above 500 USD qualify for free Express Shipping, except for specific products; please contact our support team for more detail. Approximately 3-7 days for delivery post-shipment.
Note: This policy is subject to change due to various global events or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping times can vary during festive seasons or other unexpected circumstances.
Responsibility for Import Taxes and Custom Fees
Import taxes, processing fees, and other charges specific to your country are NOT covered by AULA Gear. If you decline to pay these fees, shipping costs incurred for the round trip will be deducted from any refunds. Note that undelivered parcels due to refusal of tax payment may not be eligible for refunds.
Handling Incorrect or Missing Items
Upon the arrival of your parcel, it is crucial to verify the contents and ensure the package is in good condition before signing for it. We strongly recommend all customers record an unboxing video as this can be crucial evidence in case of disputes. If you find that the product is incorrect or missing, please take the following steps: Email support@AULA Gear.com with a relevant subject title, include your order number, and clearly describe the issue. Attach photos and videos showing the incorrect or missing item, making sure the shipping details on the parcel's packaging are visible. In cases where provided evidence is insufficient, we may require additional information. Once the issue is confirmed, AULA Gear will arrange for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, as applicable. Note that for incorrect products, AULA Gear reserves the right to decide whether a return of the item is necessary. Please contact us via email before taking any further steps.
Responsibility for Undelivered Parcels
Customers must be aware that they bear the consequences and any associated fees if a parcel is undelivered due to reasons within their control. These include providing incorrect or insufficient address or phone number details, being unreachable when the courier company attempts to make contact, refusing to sign for the package, or opting for a "no-signature delivery" that results in a lost or damaged parcel. Additionally, if the recipient refuses to pay the local tax or processing fee, or fails to provide necessary supporting documents for customs clearance, they will be responsible for any resulting issues with the delivery.
AULA Gear's warranty covers factory defects that impair the functionality of your purchase. For used items under warranty, AULA Gear covers repair/replacement and the second shipping (excluding any local taxes/import/administration fees).
Warranty Duration
AULA Gear provides:
- Keyboards and DIY Kits: Covered by a 1-year warranty.
- Keycap Sets: 6-month warranty.
- Batteries: Provided with a 3-month warranty.
- Accessories: Keycap pullers, switch pullers, spare keycaps, cables, etc., are not covered under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:
- Improper Use: Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, part swapping, self-repair, unauthorized modifications, product maladjustment, neglect, overdriving, or similar actions.
- Non-Authorized Purchases: Products not bought directly from AULA Gear's official website. For items purchased from other platforms like AliExpress, Amazon, crowd-funding campaigns, or local dealers, please contact the respective store or distributor for support.
- Consumable Lifespan: Defects in consumables or usage beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable.
- Instruction Non-Compliance: Failure to follow the provided “User Guide”, instructions, or other safety, usage, or warning guidelines included with the product materials.
- Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes.
- Supervision and Age Limit: Unsupervised use of products by children under 18 years of age.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Products modified or repaired by individuals not authorized by AULA Gear.
- Environmental Damage: Faults occurring due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
Disliking a Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, AULA Gear allows the return of non-customized and non-discounted products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are sealed and in their original packaging. Eligible returns should be unused and in the same condition as received. Please note that customized items, discounted products, accessories, and spare parts are excluded from this policy. Shipping fees, handling charges, and any taxes incurred due to the return are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee amounting to 35% of the item's retail value applies to all returns, including those where the package is opened but the product is still functional. Contact support@AULA Gear.com for return processing. Once we verify the item's condition, you will be reimbursed 65% of the purchase price directly to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 working days. Remember that PayPal or your bank may require additional processing time for the refund.
Factory Defects on Arrival
For products arriving damaged, incorrect, or faulty, report the issue to support@AULA Gear.com within 7 days of delivery with solid proof, such as an unboxing video. If the defect is due to manufacturing and not manual modification, AULA Gear will provide a shipping label and reship a replacement unit after receiving the return. Customers opting for a full refund instead of a replacement will need to cover the shipping costs. If specific items within the package (like keycaps, cables, switch pullers, etc.) are found to be defective, incorrect, or missing, AULA Gear will decide on a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Post-7-Day Factory Defects
If a defect is claimed after 7 days, the item must be shipped back to AULA Gear for inspection. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of such returns.
Note: All customized products, including keycaps, are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to hygiene and other considerations. This policy also applies to items such as carry cases, cables, spare keycaps, switch pullers, and other accessories.
